Are you tired of being forcefed information a child could rebuff? Are you tired of not getting straight answers from your religious leaders and kings in pointy hats?

I am a dedicated Atheist looking to share my thoughts and opinions with others. My ultimate goal is a serious discussion group where we would meet to talk about Atheist Satanic/ anti-Christian literature and the advancement of Atheism in our close-minded, hypocritical society, complete with food and candy! When I say "serious discussion group" I mean that we won't be sitting around, trash-talking Christians, dropping LSD and listening to Cradle of Filth. The Atheism could lead to other forums of thought, of course. I just want a place to meet with like-minded, independent people who understand the problems Atheists face in America. Should our children be taught the same thing? What legal recourses can we take when we face discrimination? Is staying "in the confession booth" preferable to being an open Atheist? How does the Atheist grieve? I would also welcome Satanists, Wiccans, etc.

I also welcome people of all walks of life-doctors, lawyers, cooks, mechanics, constructions workers, hookers, maids, black, white, green, boy, girl, transgender-the discussion and advancement of Atheism personally and in a society-benefiting way is the goal here. And you angry, self-rightous religious types-please don't bother your pretty little heads about how JESUS WILL AVENGE MY BLASPHEMIES and how the FIRE AND BRIMSTONE OF HELL WILL SCORCH MY BROW FOR MY INCESSANT QUESTIONING OF HIS SACRED WORD. Save it. It didn't work when I was 10, and it won't work now.

Also, please be over 18. I don't want a phone call from Mom and Dad screaming at me that I'm trying to turn Jr. in a "devil worshipper".
