Beautiful 1988 Sea Ray 415 Aft Cabin on Belton Lake, Texas. Can liveaboard!! 2 bedroom, two full bathrooms (one full bath tub and one shower), COLD ac, washer/dryer combo, LARGE fridge!

A ton of upgrades were done on this boat in the last few years. The seller has the receipts for the work.

Let's start with a recently-installed Westerbeke Multiport EFI 9.5 KW gas generator that replaced the original 8 KW generator. This expense was over $12K alone.

The guest bathroom and master cabin toilets along with the septic system are updated.

The microwave, refrigerator, Samsung Smart TV, designer metal switchplates and outlet covers are recent additions along with multiple interior LED lights and windshield wipers.

The dinette cushions and couch were reupholstered with Schumacher and Clark & Clark fabric while the exterior benches were recovered with marine-grade vinyl. The sheets and marine mattress in the master cabin bedroom were custom made by Yacht Bedding.

Two new fuel sending units were installed in the two 202 gallon fuel tanks (404 gallon capacity) along with all new gauges on the top helm and inside the cabin.

Twin 454 cubic inch gas engines were inspected and new thermostats installed along with three new deep-cycle marine batteries.

The ladders were removed and re-welded for extra strength. The 120-gallon freshwater tank was flushed and new water filters installed.

This two stateroom, two head Sea Ray has a washer / dryer, electric fire place, hot water heater and three HVAC systems to keep the boat cool in the summer or warm in the winter.

Replaced running lights, recent oil change, and we have a recent survey maybe a month or two old, just ask for a copy.
