This griddle works great but I received another as a gift. The metal cooking surface measures 10” x 16” then the plastic handles add a couple more inches, if you’re thinking about space.
Dial plug allows 6 increasing temperatures. I haven’t cooked anything greasy that requires the slide-in oil catcher and am not sure where that piece is, but I’ll keep looking for it. Pancakes, grilled cheese, French toast, etc. won’t need that anyway. A tuna can would fit to catch oils if needed.
