We are looking for a hardworking and dependable person for general labor duties.
Duties: *not limited to
Physically demanding position requiring lifting 50+ pounds safely.
Mowing, picking up grounds to maintain rental properties as needed.
Clean outs and haul off. *Must have vehicle for the job to haul equipment etc.
Assist maintenance team with additional duties as needed.
Basic knowledge of hand tools.
You must have reliable vehicle for the job to haul equipment etc., current drivers license and vehicle insurance.
Pass a criminal background check.
Full time position- hourly wage based on experience.
40 hours a week Monday- Friday. No weekends
