Ready for immediate move-in, all accessories included!
This is our 7-year old RV that is FULLY outfitted, but don't get to use it near as much as we hoped. Hoping this can help someone who needs something ready "Right Now" with the RV, all the accessories needed (Surge Protector, power cables, sewer lines, water lines/filters, chock blocks/pads, Blackstone Grill & propane lines, BRAND NEW batteries (x3) etc).
You can see the 360 view of this model (not our unit) at https://my.matterport.com/show/?m=FsFkfNG1SMG&back=1
Key info: 2019 Keystone Alpine 3701FL (Front Living) - this means the bedroom / bathroom are in the back and are HUGE with a King Bed, 2 vanities, and a shower big enough for me 6'2". Living room has 2x recliners (heat/massage) and two pull-out love seats (6 people sit comfy) with the electric fireplace and "hideaway" TV Kitchen has a FULL SIZE residential fridge with pull-out freezer and ice maker. When travelling, the inverter runs off 2x (brand new) batteries to keep it running so no propane-fridge issues taking 24 hours to cool. Also has a microwave/convection oven, gas-top stove and gas oven - fed from the 30gal tanks (with add-on gauges included)
Includes the 6-point LevelUp system to help hook up/unhook to truck and auto-level once you're on site.
Storage: This unit has you with HUGE front basement and rear basement storage, pass-through compartments, and deep storage up front by the door. Lots of cabinets inside and under the king bed. Not shown are the other 2 chairs/table extension and the integrated vacuum system with super long hose & attachments.
Protected by a Progressive 50amp EMS with power cord AND an extension. Various drinking water hoses, replacement parts, sewer hoses, "Poop TV" adapter, all included.
Need it all? It's furnished with sheets, dishes, cookware and a Keurig - we only showup with our clothes for the weekend and food - everything else is there.
Remember - the price is over the unit's individual value, but it is 100% ready for use right now - and if you've been around RVs, you understand how long it takes to accumulate all the pieces. Stored in a storage lot with overhead cover and power.
NOTE: You need to have a truck that can handle this (~40' long and around 15k fully loaded). Not ideal for that first-time RV buyer trying to pull with their F150. Serious inquiries only, I have a few more pics to share if interested.
