AGC Auto Glass and Car Care is a family-owned company built on over 16 years of experience in the auto glass and hail repair industry. We’re currently expanding and looking for individuals who want more than just a job. This role is designed for someone who wants to learn sales, develop real-world skills, and grow into leadership over time.
We’re hiring entry-level sales reps to help connect customers with auto glass and hail repair services. You’ll be working out in the field, meeting customers face-to-face. We provide structured training so you can build real sales and communication skills from the start.
What the job looks like:
You’ll be working directly with customers in the field, connecting with vehicle owners and helping them get the repair process started when damage is present.
Your job is to:
Start conversations with potential customers
Identify damage or need
Help guide them through the insurance claim process
Set up appointments for service
You’re not doing the repairs, just connecting people to the service.
What you’ll get:
